D 2 luvs of my life
My 2 darlings r constantly at loggerheads at one another... They will fite for everything over toys, food n drinks over d dad over me and over my breasts too.. Im stil nursing lil Syura (mixture of breast n formula milk), n for lil Ash full breastmilk till hes about 20 mths.. So d moment he sees Im nursing d sister, he will shove d sister aside 2 2 seek my attention... C wat I mean wen I cant breastfed in peace... Arghhhh... I trying 2 slowly wean off lil Syura as put her 2 formula completely.. 2 all d new mothers out there, take my advice.. breastfeed your lil ones as long as possible... D bonding between u and ya baby will always b there even wen she/he grows up and the baby wil be healthier n smarter too :)
Was flipping thru d my 2 kiddo's album wen I saw their achievements monthly ie at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months n did a comparison... (Dulu kemaruk lah ader anak 1st , semua jot down in paper n transfer 2 d comm some more)..

1st tooth - 5 months old 1st tooth - 11 months old
Im so surprised at d wonders Mavis Preschool has done 2 lil Ash. He came back and told me " My ayah is a workaholic, Ibu is intelligent, Wearing undies is compulsary and my ambition is 2 b a doc and also taufik Batisah becoz I can sing like Taufik Batisah, folowing which he hum 2 d tune of I DREAM by taufik..
He strictly came from Malay speaking background as I strongly believes as Malays we should b communicating in d kiddos in Malay our mother tongue n not other foreign languages... Juz look around n u will c many Malay parents communicating in english or rather Singlish... D kiddos are all speaking in broken English wif wrong vocab n diction... Some good examples r

N not 2 mention d expletives of Singglish wif all d lahs, lors, lehs n etc... N d pronounciation of werds is often wrong... Suite as suit not as sweet. reservoir as reservor..
I would rather he speaks proper English instead of Singlish... 2 cut short d story, most of us who are born on d 70s were brought in Malay speaking environment but we could stil speak English rite??? So y d kiasuim.. We Malays should b proud of our mother tongue.. N yes many students say dat Malay is a boring subject.. But hey dats one of d easiest subject u can get A or B in N,O Level n Psle. Tak payah belajar sure can score one... Boring no, bodohness mayb.. Shame on them 2 use them term boring..
