My Brush Wif Death
On Sunday I tink I muz have been groogy or to sleepy 2 noe wat Ive done... All I can remember was dat I was feeling shitty (kepala bengal + nak dekat demam).. SO I opened up d fridge and mistakenly took someone else's medicine instead of MINE!! Im very allergic 2 Panadol.. A drop in my blood could b proven fatal...
4 hours later, I was choking in my sleep n could hardly breathe... I woke up, stood uprite, walked 2 d living room n I almost fainted.. D whole werld's spinning n I could hear d my ear drums vibrating... I woke Riz up n told him my plight n we decided 2 call 995 instead of him driving me there as there would b no one 2 look after d kiddos...
In d ambulance, d 3 medics were bz talking about cars, computers and pubs... Here I am gasping 4 air, n there they were merrily chit chatting....
The doc at first diagnosed it as asthma but nope I dun have any history... They finally concluded dat dis was d case of drug allergy... I was injected here n there made 2 rest , Xray blah blah blah... Was at in d A&e for bout 8 hours drifting in n out of consciousness....
SO moral of d story, dont juz down anything under ya throat... dis is a bitter and a wake up call 4 me... No more 'dare-devil' action 4 me... Im so glad and syukur alhamdulilah, Im back in good shape d following day.... It helps also coz d doc was young n suave.... LOL.... N d nurses attending 2 me was super-frenly n sweet... So next time I wil be extra careful if I am aking any medication.. I will only down ASPIRIN or PONSTAN wen Im feverish, no other medication ....
Syukur Alhamdulilah, Im given a 2nd lease of life....
