Spoil Spoil Spoil
After over 4 years of settling down on our luv nest, a lot of my stuff, electrical items r going kaput, have gone kaput or on d way being kaput... I wonder y muz things go kaput one after another.. N y muz it always happen wen I always have d intention 2 get something new... I have being eye-ing for a digitical camera wif simple features yet superior n sharp pics... Riz has 2 digi cameras which I refuse 2 share coz it has all his werk-related pics n I dunt want 2 upset any .. I prefer 2 get one for my personal use.... As a matter fact I am still religiously glued 2 my analog camera Olympus coz it reali delivers super-sharp pics... 4 of galfrens laffed at me coz they tot I was behind times coz they r now wif digi cams, they took back their words after Ive developed d pics dat they took... I even told them dat my camera cost more than their digi cam.... Old means gold rite.... Back 2 my topic of d 'kaput' items
1) Blender - It died on me 2 weeks ago wen Ive soaked 1/2 kg of dried chillies, 10 onions, 20 garlics......
2) Bedroom tv - It wont on for no reason.. N this TV is only about 18 months old... I somehow dont trust plasma anymore, my good preggie TV set in d living room is more than 10 years old n its still in tip-top condition
3) My stainless steel towel rack in d toilet.. For no reason, it juz dropped on d floor
....
4) N d most important appliance in d house is d washing machine, it jammed for no reason... If blender rosak, I can pound d ingredients wif batu lesung, if d bedroom tv rosak, I can run 2 d living room 2 watch my fav channel, if no towel rack, I can still chuck d towel on d wash basin.. If no washing machine, matilah aku.. Y muz it die wenD Riz is on reservist... Matilah aku if have 2 handwash his uniform... D moment it jammed, I juz felt like crying .. I called CRab for help even thou shes not a technician by proffesion... She is of little or no help at all... heheh... Wif 2 buckets full of dirty clothes I called my 19 year old fren for SOS who happen 2 stay one level above me.... SHe helped me wif d laundry .. phewww...
I dont understand it at all.... Wen Riz reached home, i re-enacted d whole drama 2 him.. He told me 2 get another washing machine n dont bother repairing it coz its gonna cost me more than buying a new one... So I told him ' washing machine aper yg harga dier seratus lebih (repair cost 100 +) I'm more of a salvage 1st use 1st if die die cannot use then jual karangguni... Riz is more of if spoil juz buy new one lah, y bother 2 repair it.... Lets hope dat my dear washing machine will be recover by 2 days time... I'm giving it 2 days MC for it 2 recuperate b4 I decide 2 send it 2 d docs or shop for new one...... My mum wil den say, kau nie gergasi ker aper, apsal barang ko pakai semua rosak.. aku punyer dah berpuluh2 tahun pun tak aper aper....I couldnt agree less coz my Auntie Hawa still have her race course appliances at her teck whye flat....
