I'm so hepi 4 Lenn n ALoyah.. They've gotten d keys 2 their new-flat.. N bz scouting 4 renovation contr... Brings back sweet memories 4 yrs back wen I wen thru d same phase... We wen from one end 2 one end of d island in hubby's XR4 , getting quotations. I readily agree with Lenn, wen she mentioned dat no point paying big bucks 4 d reno but in d end u have jeeloooo in ya bank account... N yes .. most sporeans r cash-poor... Juz look at d q wen govt gives out ERS , NSS... For once I tot, the ATM machine is SPore pools counter... the q is simply terrible....Lenn, Aloyah.. chia-yo... for your upcoming new-hm...
